Lewis takes marvellous photos. I have a print of this one in my home office: the kayakers barely larger than the bald eagle, dwarfed by a vertical mass of solid rock. It is magnificent and Chance Cove, so accessible, may be the best place for an afternoon paddle.

And don't you just adore Kingsolver's prose. She's right up there with Rachel Carson in my books.Alison Dyerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15967240545529887281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23012855.post-15361435858365442142009-02-08T13:20:00.000-03:302009-02-08T13:20:00.000-03:30Who could argue with Tony and Barbara's statements...Who could argue with Tony and Barbara's statements? The key for me is to make sure we don't use it like any of the other commodities in our lives. Leave it wild and untouched as much as possible.

Tony :-)Tonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03811529922250366230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23012855.post-83835515950581969072009-02-03T15:28:00.000-03:302009-02-03T15:28:00.000-03:30you're photo tagged!love the wind post, its ben re...you're photo tagged!

love the wind post, its ben really windy here too, lots of fresh!!clairesgardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17717145894222550969noreply@blogger.com
